Digital Staging

Digital Staging, like its real world counterpart, the theatrical stage, digital staging does very much the same thing. It represents the imagination on an area currently empty (an empty house or office space), under construction or

in need of an upgrade. The stage is set, as it were, for the digital decor items to be placed and arranged as if it were real life.

We at Giom Image Art, believe in the power of technological innovation. Digital Staging is such an innovation which greatly enhance the visual perception of any property.

For it to be effective and economical, the process need to be uncomplicated and easy. Through many years of experience in the architectural and interior design fields, we have developed a process that assist us - and ultimately our customers, in just this way.

How it works:

We receive a photograph of the area in question. From the photograph, we should be able extrapolate certain angles in order to compute a virtual camera position that imitates the camera that took the photograph. From here, we are able to recreate the area digitally without the need for architectural drawings or plans.

After the virtual building is constructed, countless options, in the way of fit and finish, are available. These details can be discussed with our studio.

Price:

R5000.00 for an interior image.

R7000.00 for an exterior image. (these typically take more time and effort to create.)
